CrossFit

CrossFit is a hybrid training program involving elements of cardio, gymnastics, and strength training. Workouts vary day-to-day ensuring you become a well-balanced individual.

Olympic Weightlifting

Weightlifting can be daunting for both new and experienced athletes.

For new people, this is a great way for us to break down the complicated movements of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk for you. For experienced athletes, this is where our coach's eye can help you get to that next level in your lifting.

Gymnastics

In our gymnastics class we focus on skills like pull ups, toes to bar, muscle-ups and handstand work, breaking them down into progressions that suit every level. The goal is to build strength, coordination and body awareness so you can move more efficiently in workouts and hit those milestones you've been chasing.

Strength and Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning classes are about building a strong foundation and improving overall fitness. Each session is designed to help you get stronger, move better, and build the global strength you need for both CrossFit workouts and everyday life.
